Companies
It is probably a weekly
occurrence for most of us. What am I talking about? That frustrating,
wanna' throw the phone through the window feeling when you call a large
company and have to speak to robots for five minutes before you get to
speak to a real person, if you ever do.

frustrating alternative, is when you have to push a sequence of
buttons when prompted: 'press 3 for X, press 4 for Y, press 5 for Z'
etc.
